Pool Service Technician
Pool Service Technicians should be able to work independently. Pool Technicians must be trainable and open to new methods. Positive demeanor is a must as you will be representing the company while you are in the customers’ backyards. This is a very physical job that often entails working in all types of weather conditions and requires heavy lifting.
Day to day work includes cleaning pools, maintaining water chemistry and pool equipment.
Experienced Sub-Contractor Pool Equipment repair, a plus.
401K option and one-week paid vacation annually.
Requirements:
- Must own a reliable truck to drive for daily route
- Valid Driver’s license with auto insurance
- Ability to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for 60 minutes at a time
- Must be able to kneel down for several minutes at a time
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Return missed calls quickly. No longer than 15 min when you are not driving.
- 2+ years of pool service experience but not required
- Ability to take feedback on work in a constructive manner
- Ability to handle all weather conditions.
- Water Chemistry testing and balance
- Report water quality issues to your supervisor
- Diagnose minor electrical issues
- Diagnose and repair leaks on pool equipment
